Ring Ring........tech support
NeoN.....brindleheimerschmidts here....I get off early today from work, want to meet me at Sano for an evening glass off?
Sure........
okay see you there in about an hour

I show up to at Sano and to meet my friend NeoN on a weekday evening around 5:30pm......he shows up in good spirits cause the wifey agreed to take the child and although he loves that child more than anything in the world....sometimes it is nice to hang with the boys solo....which means there is more possibilites of getting in trouble with friends that have proven themselves trouble worthy.

The wind was really too strong to surf......and I wavered as to whether I was going to paddle out or not.........NeoN walks over and says what are you waiting for brinfin.....suit up you kook...lets surf.....and leave your fucking leash in the truck.....(neon always gives me shit for being a leash wearer) but I don't want to have to swim for my board and give up time to surf since it is getting darker by the minute...screw it I'm wearing my leash anyway...don't care.....I'm lazy I guess

NeoN is like, you don't need a leash, you don't need wax, you don't need a wetsuit, you don't even really need a surfboard or a wife....just surf

I scratch my head and quirk a smile....what do you say to that but DUDE!

We suit up and paddle out side by side.......he is patient with me, cause I'm slow to paddle due to not being out in awhile, because once he goes to his knees to paddle he is like a spring.....broooiinnnggggg....

One time I saw him catch three waves by the time I made it out to the lineup....shit NeoN.....he is maybe 145 pounds with huge palms......never compete with NeoNs paddle out....I used to try and get him really wasted before the paddle out to slow him down......it just made me slower and more unsure of myself...while he would look at me and laugh like some comical cartoon figure...

So we weren't expecting good surf because the wind is blowing and the waves are kinda blown out....so we just hang out way outside in the line up and just are being brohs talking websites and other tech stuff.........

Then the Sano magic happens.....the winds calms, the surf cleans and the sea surface glasses off...........well what do you know ......here comes a wave for both of us, a solid 4-5 footer......we pull around and split the wave, NeoN pretty much goes anyway he wants cause he catches the wave so damn early......I struggle onto the wave like a turtle and dance the wave along side of him, we wind up kicking out at the same time way down the beach on opposite side, look over at each other and we both get a huge smile.....

A smile that only surf brohs can get and understand....no words...no sounds......just the biggest shit eating grin that only seasoned surfers can recognize......The kind of grin that exposes the happiness of the soul!

Thanks for paddling out NeoN.....my day was made and I know yours was too

Gibbs Technologies has developed High Speed Amphibian (HSA) technology that could transform cars into amphibians. To showcase this new technology, Gibbs built the Aquada, an amphibian vehicle that debuted in late 2003. While the British company eventually hopes to license the HSA technology to large automotive manufacturers, they are currently focused on selling the Aquada at a cost of £150,000 ($271,318.90).

When you cut yourself, it's amazing to watch how quickly your body acts to mend the wound. Immediately, your body works to pull the skin around the cut back together. If you have a scar, you can see the evidence of our bodies' self-healing power. Scientists are now developing a new type of composite material that will give those same self-healing qualities to spacecraft.
