Brindley has worked for the last 15 years as a mechanical engineer
working with
architects to design
plumbing systems for high end restaurant chains all over the U.S. such
as Olive Garden, P.F. Changs, Cheesecake Factory, Arby's, Jack-in-the
Box, Chick-Fil-A, Carls' Jr., McDonalds, Cowboy Seafood Company, Seasons
52, Capitol Grille, Applebee's,
Ruth Chris Steakhouse, C & D Aerospace, Planet Hollywood, Macaroni
Grill, and many more commercial buildings.
Brindley laughs and says, "engineering is just very precise artwork". I
have learned how to orchestrate multiple timelines and projects to
pass plan check and also how to create my artwork / signwork or graphics
to scale as big or as small as desired.
My father was a brilliant engineer and hold degrees, it seems, for
everything in the field.
As a result of engineering I have learned to use many software applications
including autoCAD (computer aided design) and I
am very comfortable using either a PC or a MAC.
